Team Messaging

Real-time encrypted messaging for your team, like Slack/Teams but fully integrated.

Sending Messages

1. Go to Messaging
2. Select a contact or create a group
3. Type your message
4. (Optional) Attach files with 📎
5. Press Enter to send

Creating Groups

1. Click + New Group
2. Name your group (e.g., "Marketing Team")
3. Add members from your company
4. Configure permissions (who can post, invite, etc.)

File Sharing

Files shared in messages are:

• Encrypted with AES-256
• Accessible only to conversation participants
• Scanned for malware
• Stored for 90 days (configurable)

Files Module (Persistent Storage)

For documents that need permanent storage with role-based access:

• Folders organized by department
• Permission matrix (view / edit / delete) per user or role
• Version history
• Shared links with expiration dates
• Bulk upload/download
