Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EntrepriseConnect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EntrepriseConnect is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing:

• Virtual network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• VoIP telephony and video calls
• Team messaging with encryption
• HR and payroll tools
• Billing and subscription management
• VPN and SD-WAN connectivity

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete business information, including legal registration number (NINEA, SIRET, EIN, VAT, etc.)
• Be authorized to represent the registered company
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Plans and Billing

4.1 Starter Plan (Free, 14-day trial)

One Starter plan per email domain. After 14 days, you must upgrade to Pro or Enterprise to continue access. Inactive Starter accounts (no configuration for 3 days) will be automatically deleted.

4.2 Pro Plan ($29/user/month)

Billed monthly. Includes up to 10,000 users, VoIP, VPN, priority support.

4.3 Enterprise Plan ($99/user/month or custom)

Unlimited users, dedicated infrastructure, SLA 99.99%, custom integrations.

4.4 Payment

Payment is processed via PayPal, Stripe, Wave, Orange Money, or wire transfer. Failed payments result in service suspension after grace period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data
• Distribute malware or conduct attacks from the platform
• Resell the Service without written permission
• Use multiple Starter accounts to evade paid plans

6. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Upon termination:

• You can export your data within 30 days
• After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
• No refund for partial billing periods

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntrepriseConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Senegal. Disputes will be resolved in Dakar courts, or by arbitration for international customers.
