1. First Time Login

After registering your company:

1. Check your email for the welcome message with your company ID
2. Go to app.ldentreprise.com
3. Enter your email and password
4. You'll land on the Dashboard with an interactive welcome tour

2. Understanding the Dashboard

The dashboard provides a real-time overview of your infrastructure:

• Network Devices — Virtual routers, switches, firewalls
• VLANs — Network segments
• ACL Rules — Firewall policies
• Alerts — Active IDS/IPS warnings

3. User Roles Overview

EntrepriseConnect supports different roles with specific permissions:

• Director — Full access, company owner
• Network Admin — Manages virtual infrastructure, VoIP
• HR — Manages employees, leave, payroll
• IT Support — Handles tickets and monitoring
• Employee — Access to messaging, files, calls, leave requests
• School roles — Teacher, student, dean, librarian (for education sector)
