Welcome to EntrepriseConnect! This guide will walk you through your first steps.
1. First Time Login
After registering your company:
- Check your email for the welcome message with your company ID
- Go to app.ldentreprise.com
- Enter your email and password
- You'll land on the Dashboard with an interactive welcome tour
💡 Press Ctrl+K (or ⌘K on Mac) anytime to search across the entire platform.
2. Understanding the Dashboard
The dashboard provides a real-time overview of your infrastructure:
- Network Devices — Virtual routers, switches, firewalls
- VLANs — Network segments
- ACL Rules — Firewall policies
- Alerts — Active IDS/IPS warnings
3. User Roles Overview
EntrepriseConnect supports different roles with specific permissions:
- Director — Full access, company owner
- Network Admin — Manages virtual infrastructure, VoIP
- HR — Manages employees, leave, payroll
- IT Support — Handles tickets and monitoring
- Employee — Access to messaging, files, calls, leave requests
- School roles — Teacher, student, dean, librarian (for education sector)
4. Next Steps
- Add your first virtual device
- Import your team via CSV
- Configure VoIP extensions
- Enable 2FA for admins
⚠️ Important: Starter plans have a 14-day trial. Upgrade to Pro or Enterprise before expiration to keep your data.
